Graveside services for Jane Thompson, 59, formerly of Veneta, were held Tuesday at West Lawn Memorial Park. She passed away on May 25, 1973 in Vancouver, Washington.
Mrs. Thompson was born June 29, 1913 in Clayton, New Mexico. She had lived in Veneta from 1951 to 1968. While living in Veneta she was married to Earnest Douglass, who died in 1967. She married Ivan Thompson of Vancouver two years ago.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Earnest Douglass Jr. of Veneta, a sister, Lois Butt of Lakewood, California; and four grandchildren.
