Shirley Mae Bartosh
age 77, of Belleville, MI passed away Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Angela Hospice, Livonia, MI. She was born December 28, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of the late Robert & Bertha (Rumsey) Caswell.
She proudly served her country in the U.S. Marine Corp as a Reserve. She attended the University of Indianapolis and loved studying her Bible. She was a member of Fairhaven Baptist Church, Westland, MI. She enjoyed a trip to Italy, lunches at Frankenmuth and their chicken dinners and cherished her family and was always taking pictures to preserve the memories.
She is survived by four children Kent (Cindy) Musser of Livonia, MI, Lynn (Ray) Danol of Westland, MI, Don (Yungy) Musser of Westland, MI and Brook (Tom) Kierstead of Naples, Italy, 18 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, a brother Robert (Donna) Caswell of Montgomery, Texas, also several cousins and nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, also her husband Frank Bartosh in 2009.
Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday and 11-8 PM Wednesday with an 11 AM Funeral Thursday, December 15, 2011 at David C. Brown Funeral Home, Belleville, MI. Pastor Dean Fuson will officiate. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Belleville.
