MRS. INA A. TILLOTSON, 71 of 226 Westbrook St., Sayre, died unexpectedly early Monday morning, Aug. 5, 1985 at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre. Mrs. Tillotson was born Oct. 17, 1913 in Rome Township, a daughter of Fred and Nellie Morris. She had been a resident of Sayre for many years and was a retired employee of the Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Athens. She was a member of the Athens Wesleyan Church and was a devoted mother with her grandchildren being the focal part of her life. She was predeceased by her first husband, Lester A. (Mike) Fox, Sr. on Aug. 10, 1977. She is survived by her husband Ernest Tillotson of Sayre; a son and daughter-in-law, Lester and Shirley Fox, Jr. of Smithboro, NY; a son, John Martin of Towanda; her stepdaughters, Mrs. John (Charlotte) Miller of Sayre and Mrs. Buck (Nettie) Treate of Westfield, Pa.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Edith Morris of San Antonio, Texas; her mother-in-law, Mrs. Myrtle Parks Fox of Sayre; four granddaughters; four step-granddaughters; one step-grandson; three step-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral service will be held from the Sutfin Funeral Chapel in Nichols on Thursday, Aug. 8 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Memorials in her memory may be directed to the Athens Wesleyan Church. The family will receive their friends Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel. –Towanda Daily Review
