Julia Ellen O'Kelley, 85, of Rudy, Arkansas died Friday September 28, 1990, in a Van Buren, Arkansas nursing home. She was a homemaker, a Baptist and attended the 81 Freewill Baptist Church. She was the widow of Albert H. O'Kelley who preceded her in death in 1987.

She is survived by two daughters Ellen and Mary; six sons; a sister, Mary; 25 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
