John T. Harrison, 1862-1911. A native of Mississippi. Son of General Richard Harrison and Mary Tompkins Harrison. Husband of Lula Dickey Harrison, 1868-1896. In 1880, he received his A.B. degree from Baylor University and received his B.L. degree from St. Louis Law School. Formed a law practice with A. M. Harris. Elected justice of the peace in 1880 and 1890.
