Albert William Arieux Sr., 69, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, died at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2004.
Visitation was at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass was at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Fanguy Arieux of Houma; four sons, Terry, Albert Jr., Steven and Ricky Arieux; three daughters, Debra Malbrough, Kimberly Hebert and Pamela Markey; two brothers, George and Gerald Arieux Sr.; and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adolph Arieux and Mae Bridgette Thomasi Arieux; and one brother, Adolph "Pokey" Arieux.
He was a retired self-employed carpenter and was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
