In addition to the above information Samuel was the son of Harmon and Susan Flory VanDorston that resided in Middlebury, Indiana. Samuel's grandfather's name was also Samuel VanDorstan (#86252115) buried in Three Forks, Michigan. The elder Samuel's father's name was Harmon and was one of the founding settlers in the state of Ohio ( # 53639925 ).
