Dozier P. Cook, 78, died Oct. 18 at home.
He was born in Brantley, Ala., and lived in Savannah most of his life. He was a World War II veteran who served five years in the Army. He retired from Union Camp Paper Corp. after 34 years.
SURVIVORS: his wife, the Rev. Juanita K. Cook of Pooler; a son and daughter-in-law, Dozier H. and Toni A. Cook of Pooler; a daughter, Barbara C. Goodwin of Summerville, S.C.; a brother, Herman E. Cook of Guyton; a sister, Sarah C. Morris of Columbus; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Massey Chapel in Garden City.
FUNERAL: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Massey Chapel, burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
