Daniel A. Foutz, 32, of 344 S. Churchtown Road, Narvon, died of a gunshot wound at 6 p.m. Saturday, at home. The Lancaster County coroner has ordered an autopsy.
He was the husband of Melissa A. Miller Foutz. Born in Bloomsburg, he was a son of Arthur R. W. Foutz, Tacoma, Wash., and Helen Fetterman Dietrich, Catawissa.
A truck driver for Lisa Express, Milton, he attended the California Evangelical Congregational Church, Morgantown.
Surviving besides his wife and parents are five daughters, Sally Ann Fisher of Danville and Megan Noel, Jessica Shea, Jennifer Rene and Katelyn Grace Foutz, all at home; a son, Jason Daniel Grob of Enola; a sister, Virginia M., wife of Robert Jeffrey of Ashland; and a stepsister, Becky Foutz of Tacoma.
