Charles F. Adams, 76, of Mt. Victory, a retired railroad employe died at the home of his daughter Mrs. Floyd Sears of Peoria at 9 p.m. Sunday. He was born Oct. 7, 1874 the son of Abner and Hannah Burton Adams, both deceased and was married Aug. 13, 1899 to Anna Wendell who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters Mrs. Floyd Sears, Peoria and Mrs. Marie Organ of Piqua, two sisters Mrs. Bess Driscoll of Orient, and Mrs. Effie Lee of St. Cloud, Fla.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday the the Sears residence conducted by Rev. Claude Forsythe. Interment will be in Oakdale cemetery in charge of Willard Winter, funeral director of Raymond. Friends may call at the residence after 6 p.m. this evening.
