Marjorie H. (Henderson) DeHaven, 96, of Niagara Falls, NY, entered into rest on Thursday, December 1, 2011 in ElderWood Health Care at Crestwood in Wheatfield, NY. Born on February 27, 1915 in Luzerne, PA, she was the daughter of the late Archie and Helen (Mickey) Henderson.

Mrs. DeHaven attended schools in Pennsylvania. On August 30, 1940, Marjorie married Elwood "Sparky" DeHaven. Mr. DeHaven predeceased her on November 1, 1980. Following their marriage, they came to Niagara Falls, NY. She was a longtime member of Bacon Memorial Presbyterian Church in Niagara Falls, NY.

Mrs. DeHaven is survived by four children, Ron (Karen) DeHaven of Lewiston, NY, Linda (late Jeff) Dick, Sr. of Kenmore, NY, Noreen (Timothy) McAllister of Hamburg, NY and Jeanne (Michael) Moshman of Grand Island, NY; eight grandchildren, Cheryl Nebrich, Gretchen Clements, Jeffery R. Dick, Jr., R. Gabriel Rowe, Jason Dick, Stacie Day, Liam McAllister and Tara Byun and ten great-grandchildren. Marjorie is also survived by three sisters, Jean (Edwin) Phillips of Westover, PA, Arline (late Charles) Mantell of Niagara Falls, NY and Patricia (late Paul) Michel of Florida; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one sister, Dorothy (late Walter) Shaver.
