Alice May Stone was married to William McDermitt August 2, 1895 at the home of her father in Mason Co. West Virginia. Five known children that survived to adulthood were born to their union, four sons died in infancy.
She was suddenly stricken with an illness which led to her death.
Alice May Stone is a direct descendant of Revolutionary War soldiers, Frederick Miller and Elias Stone.
