DORSCH – Clarence "Con," 85, Ebensburg, died Aug. 22, 2008, at Windber Hospital. Born Aug. 4, 1923, in Revloc, son of John and Margaet (Beba) Dorsch. Preceded in death by parents; wife, the former Patricia Rager; grandson, Adam Kostelnik; brother, Elmer; and sister, Mary Margaret Seymour. Survived by daughter, Connie, wife of Tim Kostelnik, Colver; and grandsons, Brian and Matthew. Clarence was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Member of United Church of Christ, Ebensburg. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, member of VFW Post 4963 and American Legion Post 363, both of Ebensburg. Retired from Beth Energy Mines No. 33, Ebensburg and member of UMWA, and the Masonic Lodge, Ebensburg. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Matevish & Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, the Revs. William Thwing and Charles Blasdell. Committal, Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg. Masonic service, 7 p.m. Sunday.
