She was the wife of Wilson Prewitt who preceded her in death. Children born to this union were; Ada (b. 1890), Mimia [Minnie] (b. 1895), Lonnie, Louis, Savana [Savanah] (b. 1892) Tollie, Nola, Ola, Drusilla, and Iteria Prewitt.
Funeral services were held at Holly Spring Baptist Church on September 21, 1941. Interment after the service in the church cemetery.
