He attended schools in Artesia, graduating in 1971. He attended New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in Socorro, NM. He lived in Albuquerque for several years returning to Artesia in 1981. At the time of his death, he was employed at Artesia Building Supply as a retail clerk.
Survivors: his mother - Grady Harrison Fox; one brother - Charles Harrison Fox; two aunts - Ruth Morton and Rubyie Miller.
He was preceded in death by his father, William W. Fox, 29 February 1980
