Harry Mitchell Arps, 94, of the 4500 block of Colonial Ave., died May 22, 2000.
Mr. Arps was a native of Plymouth, N.C., and the widower of Virginia Arps.
Survivors include his daughter, Virginia Anne Anderson and her husband, Leonard, of Norfolk; his sister, Leone Riddle of Plymouth, N.C.; his granddaughter, Lynn Anne Hembree of Norfolk; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. John Dean officiating. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, handled arrangements.
