CATAWBA � Larry Blane Burchett, 44, of 1678 Buffalo Shoals Road, died Oct. 10, 2002. A funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Missionary United Baptist Church where he was a member. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Born in Grayson County, Va., he was employed with the City of Newton for 25 years.
