Word was received here today of the death of J. A. Spraker, 75, who died yesterday at his home in Chattanooga after an illness of three weeks.
Mr. Spraker was the father of Burton Spraker of Johnson City.
Funeral services were to be held at 3:15 o'clock this afternoon at the Presbyterian church at Lenoir City.
Surviving are four sons, Burton Spraker of Johnson City, James of Memphis, W. B. of Nashville and Elbon of Knoxville, and two daughters, Mrs. Dan Wallace of Chattanooga and Mrs. Pete Doyle of Knoxville.
Mr. and Mrs. Spraker went to Lenoir City today for the funeral.
