She was born May 25, 1924 in Murray, Utah to Orson and Claris Wood Jenson.
She married Elmo James Bills on August 14, 1943 in Midvale, Utah, marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. He preceded her in death in 2010.
Beth loved being a homemaker, her home was her castle. She loved going to Swiss Days and collecting porcelain dolls. She enjoyed the holidays, especially Christmas. She was a member of the LDS Church.
She is survived by her children, James L. (Lovena) Bills, Deb Ferguson, Scott (Tamera) Bills, and Susan Bolton; and numerous grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Riverton Cemetery, 13200 South 1500 West. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 South 2200 West.
