Eunice Newcomb, 85, died Wednesday, August 8, 1990 at her home in Glenwood, Arkansas.
Mrs. Newcomb was born January 26, 1905 in Paris, Texas. Her parents were Henry Kitchens and Laura Gray Kitchens.
She was the past president of the Pike County Fair. She was recognized as the outstanding senior citizen of Pike County Fair. She was recognized as the outstanding senior citizen of Pike County in 1982. She was also a clerk in the Pike County clerk's office and was the manager of Glenwood Laundry.
At the age of 79, she was retired as the secretary of Crawford Motors. She was a member of the Glenwood Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and one grandson, Freddy Wilhite.
