HOTEL MAN'S FUNERAL SET WEDNESDAY
Funeral services for Curtis F. Reach, 42, of 205 East Fifth, brother of former City Councilman J. Cleve Reach, who died Monday night will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the Weever Funeral Chapel. Dr. Jasper Manton, pastor of the Trinity Presbyterian Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park with Jack Spillman, Paul Williams, Tom Swift, Gail Dillard, Harry Wilson, and Willie Johnson, members of the Hotel Greeters of America, as pallbearers.
Reach, a native of St. Louis and a Texas hotel man for the last nine years, was manager of the Whitmore Hotel here during the Texas Centennial Exposition, and later was with Raleigh Hotel, Waco, and the Wooten Hotel, Abilene. At the time of his death he was with the Sanger Hotel here. He was a member of the Dallas Hotel Association and the Hotel Greeters of America.
He is survived by his wife, his brother, and a sister, Mrs. Azalie Fischer, St. Louis.
