Died of Heart Attack Early Today
Mrs. Gertrude M. Conaghan Heilman, 77, of 150 Ella street, died at 12:09 a.m. today, Monday, March 5, 1951, in her home following a sudden heart attack.
She was born in Seneca county Seneca township, July 3, 1873, to Horatio D. and Bartie (Lease) Conaghan. She was married in Toledo, March 19, 1892, to George W. Heilman, who died Feb. 18, 1939. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Shafer and Gertrude Heilman, of Tiffin, and Mrs. Mable Ramsower, McCutchenville, one son Elliott, a brother Orlando J. Conaghan, Tiffin and 10 grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. Two sons, Horatio D. and James O. Heilman, are deceased.
She had resided in this community her entire life and lived in the family homestead in Seneca township until she moved to Tiffin nine years ago. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church here. Funeral services will be held at 8 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's church. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. The body will be taken from the Hoffman Memorial to the family residence at 150 Ella street where friends may call after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
