Lenore L. (Johnson) Connelly,
83, who trouped for many years in various branches of the theatrical profession, August 10 in Reading, Pa. An accomplished musician, she was at one time a member of the team of Bisbee and Connelly and later was with the act billed as Grandy and Connelly. Surviving are a son, Bruce, of Huntsburg, O., and another son and daughter, Lloyd and Grace, known professionally as the Musical Chefs [Libonati Trio]. Interment in Reading.

Mrs. Lenore Connelly Succumbs; Aged 83
Mrs. Lenore (Johnson) Connelly, 83, a professional actress and noted musician, died last night in her home in Cumru Township, Sinking Spring R.D. 2. She was the widow of R. P. Connelly.
A former resident of Oscoda, Mich., Mrs. Connelly was an elementary school teacher there for many years. She was engaged in all phases of theatrical work since the age of 15 years and was a cornetist with Dihls Band of Boston, Mass. She came here last February.
Surviving are a daughter, Grace, at home; two sons, Lloyd at home, and Bruce of Huntsburg, Ohio; and three grandsons.
Services Friday at 2 p.m. in the Kroninger Funeral Home, Mohnton, the Rev. J. Robert Mayer officiating. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.

She was the daughter of James B. & Anna Johnson, natives of Canada. Sister to Hattie Vandervort Cook, Walter and Arthur M. Wife of Orestus "Ret" P. Connelly.
