She was born Sunday, May 15, 1932, in Cornettsville, KY, daughter of the late Lloyd and Emma (Begley) Brandenburg.
She was a member of the Lawrenceburg Church of Christ.
She worked as a Nurse Assistant for Dearborn County Hospital.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Gary Coomer, and Robbie Coomer; daughter, Sheila Butler; 2 sisters, Pauline Deaton, and Bonnie Doan; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Coomer.
Graveside services will be held at Greendale Cemetery, Friday, April 2, 2010 at 11am.
Memorial Donations can be made to the Lawrenceburg Church of Christ c/o Doyal Wright.
Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
