Long Ill, Dies
GASPORT — George B. Cain, 60, of Rt. 2, Gasport, died Friday (Dec. 14, 1962) in Mount View Hospital, Lockport, where he had been a patient for three and one-half years.
Mr. Cain was born in Oswego, April 6, 1902, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Cain. He was employed at Harrison Radiator Division, General Motors Corp., until his health failed.
Surviving are his wife, Florence; three daughters, Mrs. Edith Markle of Niagara Falls, Mrs. Helen Wright of Gasport and Mrs. Betty Tucker of Newfane; three sons, James C, Edward J. and George P. Cain, all of Gasport; three sisters, Mrs. James Yates of Gasport, Mrs. Mary Fowler and Mrs. John Miller, both of Baltimore, Md.; and 16 grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow at the Bream Funeral Home, Main Street, Gasport. Funeral services will be held at 9:15 a.m. Monday at the funeral home and at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, Lockport, with the Rev. Leo F Reddy officiating. Buria will be in Hartland Central Cemetery.
