Dr. Maynard S. Fenner

McALISTERVILLE -- Dr. Maynard S. Fenner, 82, died Sunday in Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin.

He was retired from his medical practice in Newport and Mifflintown; was a graduate of Chardon High School, Chardon, Ohio, and Chiropractor College, Davenport, Iowa, and completed his pre-med studies at Juniata College, Huntingdon and Messiah College, Grantham; was a member of the Bunkertown Church of the Brethren, McAlisterville; and an Army veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his wife, Dorcas Apple Fenner; two sons, Philip of Miami, Fla., and Craig of Port Royal; and four grandchildren.
