Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Brother Havard Dasch officiating.
Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Park near Claremont.
Mr. Negley was born on May 14,1914, in Richland County, the son of Daniel and Maggie (Rinehart) Negley. He married Bernice Warren on March 12, 1936. She survives.
He was a retired farmer.
Mr. Negley is survived by his wife, Bernice Negley, of Noble; three daughters, Barbara Dunahee and her husband, Don, of Calhoun, Sandra Craig and her husband, Earl, of Noble, and Maijorie Westall and her husband, Estes, of Noble; a sister, Grace Adams Berger, of Olney; six grandchildren, Greg Dunahee, of Calhoun, Melinda Smith and her husband, Jason, of Calhoun, Ryan and Ethan Craig, of Noble, Chad Westall and his wife, Brooke, of Denver, Colo., and Kelly Westall, of Lynchburg, Va.; and two great-grandchildren, Payton and Reece Ann Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant daughter, June Louise, a brother, Robert Negley and a sister, Minnie Seesengood.
