Lemuel W Armintrout, 73, well-known owner- operator of Armintrout's Grocery and Meat Market in Allegan for the 36 years, died Thursday morning at Borgess Hospital, Kalamazoo, after a lingering illness.
Services will be from the Gordan Funeral Residence Saturday at 2 p.m., with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan.
Survivors include his wife Darlene, a daughter Mrs. Emmet Booker , Allegan, two sons, Paul of Allegan and Dale of Molin:
seven grandchildren, and a brother, Chester Armintrout of South Haven. A life-long resident of Allegan county Mr. Armintrout was a member of the Methodist church, Allegan, and the I.O.O.F. lodge, Pullman for 19 years prior to coming to Allegan.
