SANDY - Lawrence Milton Breinholt, 84, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2004.

Born May 8, 1920 in Richfield, Utah to David Milton and Theda May Black Breinholt. Married Marie Jean Buckway on June 28, 1940 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was active in his church and served in many callings. He served a two-year mission as the Branch President of the Red Lake Branch, Red Lake, AZ. He owned and managed a masonry construction business for over 40 years. He enjoyed his grandchildren, fishing and hunting.

Survived by his three children; Larry J. (Emily), Sandy, UT; Sterling D. of Spring City, UT; and Patty Jean (Oscar) Underwood, Dumfries, VA, 17 grandchildren, one foster grandchild, 26 great-grandchildren, five foster great-grandchildren, and six great- great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife Marie, brothers; Arbor J. Breinholt and David M. Breinholt and sister Anna Hillis.

Funeral services will be held on January 4, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Mountain View Memorial Mortuary, 3115 East 7800 South. Friends and family are invited to call on Monday January 3, 2005 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary and one hour prior to services on Tuesday.

Interment will be at Mountain View Memorial Cemetery.
