Member St Luke’s Hospital Auxiliary Ladies, First original Parent and Teachers Association, Max Autrey Auxiliary Post American Legion. Her husband Richard R. Lewis was City attorney under the administration of Mayor Fonville and Mayor Holcombe. He at one time was County Judge of Matagorda County, Head of the Harris County Draft Board World War II. Survived by: Daughters, Mrs John L. Gould, Old Greenwich, Conn, Mrs Richard E. Ballanfant, Houston; son, Dr. R. F. Lewis, Odessa, Texas; brother, Herbert S.
