Laurel Leader Call1671— Barbara Ann Dykes, 63, of Stringer, Miss., died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011 at her residence in Stringer.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel. Rev. Pat Patterson, Rev. John Cochran and Rev. James Walker will officiate.
Mrs. Dykes is preceded in death by her parents, Rob and Minnie Harrison Cochran; sister, Mary Ann Cochran; step-brother, Hank Cochran and nephew, Roy Cochran.
Survivors include, daughters, Melissa Thompson (Larue) of Stringer and Brenda Boliver (Jonathan) of Biloxi; brother, Robert Cochran (Kathy) of Centrallia, Ill.; step-brother, Butch Cochran; step-sisters, Bertha Pace and Sybil Faye Moore; grandchildren, Jonathan Thornton, Steven Boliver, Destiny Boliver, Larry Ainsworth (Colleen), Alyssa Thompson, Tyler Thompson and Andrew Thompson; and great granddaughter, Matilda Ward Ainsworth.
Visitation will be held from11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel which is in charge of arrangements.
