Lucille J. Bradford, age 90, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, entered into rest on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Life Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Vernon L. Bradford on November 16, 1988. She is survived by her two daughters, Mary Ellen Lord and Janice McMillian both of Lawrenceville, GA; four grandchildren, Terry Lord & fiancée' Evelyn Treadwell, Jeff & Alicia Lord; Sharon & Kevin Taylor, and Kenneth Reese; nine great grandchildren, Tim & Kelly Lord, Derek & Brandi Lord, Brandon & Melanie Lord, Zack Lord, Kenley Lord, Kristin Fountain, Johnathon Fountain, Shane Reese & Taylor Masters, and Madlynn Taylor; five great great grandchildren, Ashton Lord, Blake Fountain, Ashlynn Chapman, Briggs Lord, and Bristol Lord; brother, Gene & Betty Browning, two sisters, Vivian White, and Pearl Forster all of Lawrenceville, GA; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Mrs. Bradford was born in Gwinnett Co., Georgia, on August 18, 1921, to Flossie Mae Bagwell Browning and Jim Ellis Browning. She was a homemaker and totally devoted to her family.
A Service Celebrating the Life of Lucille Bradford will be held Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel with Rev. Gene Browning officiating. Interment Gwinnett Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Tuesday from Noontime to 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
