The daughter of the late Hiram Absolem and Elizabeth Seitz Gardner, she was born October 27, 1877 in Four Mile and in the early 1900's until her marriage, taught school in Caruthersville.
On October 27, 1910, she was married to Charles A. Crow, who preceded her in death in March 1938.
Services were held Tuesday morning at the Landress Funeral Home Chapel in Campbell with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery there.
In addition to her son in this city, she leaves two other sons, Wendell Crow of Rector, Ark. and Eugene Crow of Paragould, Ark.; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Crow Sullivan of Detroit, Mich.; a half-sister, Mrs. Vallie McCorkle of Campbell; a step-daughter, Mrs. Virginia Jones of Memphis; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
