Micki Alexander Pierce was born March 29, 1953 and departed this life Wednesday, November 16, 2011 reaching the age of 58.
She was the daughter of Stella (Watson) Sexton and the late Milton Alexander.
She is survived by: her husband, seven children, thirteen grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
She is also survived by: her mother, and step father, one brother, and one sister, step brother; step sisters; special aunts, uncles, and cousins; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her father, Milton Alexander, she was preceded in death by: 1 brother, Milton Thomas Alexander; 1 sister, Rita Gaye Alexander; and 1 great granddaughter, Gracie Evans.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 2 – 6 pm in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home and on Monday, November 21, 2011 from 3 – 8 pm in the chapel of the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Home in New Castle, IN.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 1 pm at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Home with burial will be in the South Mound Cemetery in New Castle, IN.
