Sarah is the daughter of Capt. David Johnson and Rebekah Washburn.
Sarah married Joseph Packard (Capt),the son of Joseph Packard and Susannah Mitchell of Bridgewater.They are the parents of five children:

Temperence Packard(John Bruce)-1749
Winslow Packard(Abigail Moore)-1751
Timothy Packard(Betty Fairbanks)-1752
Levi Packard(Martha Fox)-1755-5 Feb 1839
Susanna Packard(Theophilus Foster)-1756

Apon Sarah's death she was interned in Fish Hill Cemetery in Prescott but was reinterened in Quabbin Park in Ware due to flooding of the town for the resevoir.
