OBIT: MRS. MAHALA L. ARCHER
LINCOLN: Mrs. Mahala L. Archer, 67, died Monday at a Lincoln hospital after a short illness. She was born at Woodville, March 2, 1895, the daughter of Howard and Saphronia (Spencer) Jordan. Survivors are five daughters, Ruth Scott of Windsor, Myrtle (Meg) Bongirne of Clearwater, Fl. Henrietta (Tina) Cole of Lincoln, Lucy Hanscom of Springfield and Pearl Dicker of Pomfret, Ct. one son Roscoe Archer Jr. of Enfield; one sister, Mrs. Mildred McCafferty of Mattawamkeag; five brothers; Matthew Jordan of Lincoln, Pearl, John and Eugene Jordan of Chester and Byron Jordan of Lincoln. 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

FUNERAL NOTICE
LINCOLN; Funeral services for Mrs. Mahala L. Archer was held Thurs. afternoon at the Barton Funeral Home , with the pastor of the Lincoln Cong. Church officiating. Bearers included Sheldon Cole, Cinton Dicker, LeRoy Scott, Samuel Jordan, Clifton Archer and Guy Kimball. Burial was at the Lincoln Cemetery.
