Dale Leslie Albin of Logansport, Indiana. Went home to be with Jesus at 12:40 p.m. on November, 16, 2011 at the VA Hospital in Marion, Indiana.

He was born to Ward and Jesse Albin on September, 29, 1924 in Wall, S.D. He grew up in Deadwood, S.D. Dale was a decorated World War II Veteran. He served four years as a special forces soldier in Germany and Europe and was a paratrooper with the 7th Battalion.

Dale accepted the Lord as his savior in 1950 from that moment, His life's work was to preach the gospel, in November 1953 he was married to Sue Ann Danley together they built a founded and pastored Life Tabernacle Church for 30 years. Dale also worked as a missionary and supported se eral different countries.

Dale and Sue had five children, Dayle, Ann Rice and Husband, Craig, Marion, Indiana. Johathan Albin and Wife Linda of Peru, Indiana. Rober Alvin, Nancee Ellison and Natasha Conn and husband Mide of Logansport, Indiana. In January 1986, he was married to Maria Benitez in the Philippines. They had three children, Joshua Albin and wife Heather, and Caleb Albin, All of Farmington, New Mexico. and his daughter Lesley Albin of Logansport, Indiana. Also surviving are his son Lonney Tedford of Fresno, Calif. two brothers Ronald Albin and wife Kathy and Gordon Albin all of New Mexico, his sister Donna Cox of Bedford, 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wives, Sue and Maria, one son, Robert Leslie and his brother DeWayne Alibin. A memorial celebration of Dale's life will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Rehoboth Christian Center 200 E. Columbis St. Logansport, Indiana. Friends may come to pay respects from 11 to 12:30 p.m. at the Chruch. Burial next to his wife Sue, per his wish's will be at a later date at Mount Hope Cemetery in Logansport, Indiana. Elmridge Funeral Home and Memorial Park of Muncie Indiana, was in charge of arrangements. His children will miss him but rejoice in his graduation into eternal life with his Lord and Savior and his Loved ones who have gone on before. Also his Friend's from Bend in the Woods will also miss him very much.
