LYONS — Mrs. Beulah J. Rickard, 77, died Wednesday at Lyons District Hospital after a short illness. Born July 24, 1895, in Rice County, she was married to Jay Rickard Feb. 9, 1916, in Rice County. He died Aug. 1, 1970. She lived here since 1950.
She was a member of the Pythian Sisters, Lyons; EHU; Sunflower Club.
Survivors include a son: Aubrey, Lyons; sister: Mrs. Grace Daly, Riverside, Calif.; brother: Harry Blair, Lyons.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Crawford-Miller Mortuary, Lyons; Rev. Charles Fiquett officiating. Burial will be in Lyons Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. The family suggests memorials to the hospital.
