McVEYTOWN - Calvin R. Dull, 81, and formerly of Lewistown, died at 4 a.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2008, at Meadowview Manor, McVeytown.

Born on Sept. 12, 1926, in Johnstown, he was the son of the late Calvin H. and Helma (Goss) Dull. His wife, Constance (Geary) Dull, preceded him in death on June 29, 1989.

Surviving are: children, Geary L. Dull and wife Melody, of Lewistown and Jeffrey L. Dull and wife Susan, of McClure; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Pete Corson and a sister, Peggy Henry.

He was the last of his immediate family.

Calvin was employed by Ford New Holland for 22 years and was a chef at Leoras Cafeteria for 20 years.

He was a lutheran by faith and was a former member of Lewistown Moose Lodge No. 143.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at the Juniata Memorial Park with the Rev. Bernard Carpenter officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 342 S. Logan Blvd., Burnham, PA 17009.

Hoenstine Funeral Home, Inc. 75 Logan St., Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
