W. Cleve Foltz, 55, of Decatur died today in the home of friends. He had been in failing health for the last nine years and became seriously ill a month ago. He was a postal employe. He lived in Decatur since 1920 when he moved here from Oakland. He was a member of the First Christian church.
He was born in Virginia, May 2, 1897 a son of William and Mattie Foltz and was married to Ethel Ramsey on Dec. 24, 1924 in Paris, Ill. Besides his wife he leaves two sons, Karl of Lincoln and Richard of Los Angeles. He leaves two brothers, Ira, Hindsboro and Earnest in California. Two sisters and a daughter preceded him in death. He leaves 2 grandchildren.
