George Sellwood was called to Eldon Friday by the death of his uncle Herman Sellwood who had been injured by a fall from a hay load. The Sellwood family lived on the Pitt Plumer farm.

ELDON-HERMAN SELLWOOD about 70. farmer living about one-half mile from west of Eldon,Iowa, died Friday at 1:35 pm from injuries he suffered when he fell from a load of hay Thursday afternoon.

Mr. SELLWOOD was found unconscious by his brother in law CHARLES PARKER, who was working with him.

PARKER summoned help.

He had been a resident of Wapello County for about 15 years and for about a year had lived west of Eldon,Iowa.

He was married to ELLA PARKER, who survives with two children; FRANCIS SELLWOOD of Knoxville and MRS. MARIE BLOUT of Portland, Oregon; one sister and one grandaughter.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:30pm at the Campbell funeral home in Eldon. In charge of the Rev. H.H. Stark; pastor of the Eldon Methodist church, and burial will be in Memorial Lawn Park at Ottumwa,Iowa.
