William Frank , 20 , former Creede boy was killed in the Leadville mines last week He was found by fellow miners caught in a chute and pinned down by having his head and shoulders buried . The remains were shipped to Del Norte and interred last Saturday .

The remains of the late William Frank, who was suffocated to death, when he was caught in an ore chute at the Yak tunnel Tuesday night, will be shipped this morning to Del Norte, Colorado, for burial. Fred Frank, his brother, will accompany the body.
The late miner who was working on his seventh shift at the Yak when the fatal accident occurred, was a young man twenty old. The Rev. Martin in his obituary sermon dwelt on the sadness of death "When it strikes down youth and spoke feelingly of the untimely end of the young man's life. John Daniels and Miss Catherine McCoy. who were accompanied by Mrs. William Gross on the organ, sang two hymns, "Homeland" and "Someday We'll Understand . "
The late youth will be buried at Del Norte beside the grave of his father, who died February 14 last. Among the relatives and friends attending the services yesterday were Mrs. Anton Frank of Delta, stepmother of the young man; his brother Fred, who resides here; four sisters. Mrs. Lela Cockram and Miss Bertha Frank of this city. Miss Frances Frank of Grand Junction. Miss Georgia Frank of Delta. Otto Smith of Delta and D. Berger of Grand Junction. The casket was covered with flowers. the last tributes of his sorrowing family and friends.
