Andrew Lewis Draper, 61

On the evening of Saturday, June 4, 2005, Andrew Lewis Draper of Towanda passed away quietly at his residence after a brief illness. He was 61 years of age.

Born in Troy on July 22, 1943, he was the son of the Charles Lewis Draper and Edna (Stahle) Draper. Andrew was one of God's special people who, despite his infirmities and challenges, lived a full and happy life. His cheerful smile and pleasant demeanor were uplifting to all who knew him, especially those who cared for him on a daily basis.

Andy wass survived by his mother, Edna Draper, of Troy, and a brother Darold Draper of Williamsport, as well as niece Edith Draper of Mansfield and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles L. Draper, sister Darla Draper and brother Charles Draper.

In accordance with the family's wishes, there will be no public calling hours. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, at the Bradford County Memorial Park, Luthers Mills, Pa. with the Rev. Duane Taylor officiating. Professional services have been entrusted to Morse and Kleese Funeral Home, Inc. 40 N. Center St., Canton, Pa.
