Daughter of Thomas Squire and Lydia [Rutan] Squire, Sister to Abraham Squire. Married William Dine on 16 December 1858 at Hamilton, Butler, Ohio. Divorced not long after, she traveled to Carrol County, Indiana after 1860 with her Parents, Brother, and only child, Augustus Dine, and eventually settled with her Mother after her Father's death in the Town of Colburn in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. She never married again. Elizabeth and her Brother Abraham Squire are buried on their parent's plot.

"Mrs. Elizabeth Dine died at her home in Colburn, Thursday, at the age of 73 years. The deceased lady was well known and was a long time resident of Colburn, the news of her death coming as a shock to her friends. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Hill from the United Brethren Church on Saturday afternoon, Interment was in the Lutheran Cemetery."
