12/7/2023: The death certificate is questionable. E. W. Mills signed informant block. Elizabeth Napier is shown as Leander's mother. She died in 1916. There appears to be some erasures and corrections in the blocks for Leander's birth date and age. I've been unable to find Eustace or Leander in the 1910 or 1920 censuses.
