Jose V. "Little Joe" Baca passed away on November 12, 2011, at his home in Alamogordo NM. He was born on Nov. 27, 1926, in Lincoln NM to Jose B. and Francisquita Vigil Baca.
Survivors included his children Merced "Ida" McGrath of Alamogordo, Geralda "Gerry" Vigil of Alamogordo, Ernest Baca of Mesa AZ, Audrey Boeldt of Mesa AZ; son-in-law Keith Boeldt, Sr,. of Mesa AZ; and grandchildren Meghan McGrath, Shannan and& John Hemphill, Colleen McGrath, Erin and John Nelson, John and Lisa McGrath IV, Joseph DeHerrera, Angela DeHerrera, Prescilla Vigil, Leandra Vigil, Tiffany Vigil, Tina and David Nuegen, Jeffery Baca, Jesse Baca, Jennifer & Adam Pounds, Jonathen Baca, Keith and Amber Boeldt, Jr., April and Bradley Crotts;, 23 great-grandcildren; and fiance Eleonor G. Malone.
He was preceded in death by his wife Frances W. Baca, son Andress "Andy" Baca, and 3 grandchildren.
