Annie was a daughter of Frank and Anne (Roy) Myers and was raised in Poughkeepsie, New York. She married Justus Edward Millard November 22, 1871. They moved to Florida where her husband died in 1883. She married, second, Walter T. Jamieson in 1885. She and her first husband had four children: Annie, Walter, Mabel and an infant who died at childbirth.
