Camila Chaides Garcia was born in the late 1800s to Cesario Garcia (1840-1910) and Petronila Chaides (1851-1930) in Corrales Durango Mexico. She married Placido Carrillo (1882-1966) when she was around 15 years of age. They had 7 children. Her child Librada Carrilo lived in Hanover New Mexico and married Neponeceno Moreno. They both are buried in Memory Lane Cemetery in Silver City.

She married Placido Carrillo (1882-1966) in the same town on 21 Jan 1900. Their children in order of birth are: Eucebio, Regina, Feliciana, Francisca, Jose, Librada, and Maria. After her husband dies, she, her children, and her bother and sisters and mother move to Mogollon New Mexico. Her mother Petronila Chaides is buried there - see her memorial. She moved to Hanover NM where she died. Her death certificate states she is Indian. She is now buried in Santa Rita Cemetery #4.
