Julia was the beloved daughter of Samuel Albertson and Lucy Jane Wallace. She was the wife of James Williams. Their children were Claudine Black Williams; John Wesley Williams and Lucy G Williams. On November 24, 1924 Julia fell and suffered spinal paralysis. She passed away from complications a month later.
