Survived by wife, Aline Giltner Bettison, son Thornton Bettison Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio, brother David C. Bettison of Omaha, Neb., 2 grandchildren. 


Funeral from Lee Cralle Co. 1330 S. Third Street at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Interment in Zachary Taylor Cemetery on Wednesday.
